Job description
As a(n) Product Owner, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leads the Digital Wound Care product backlog by refining, prioritizing, and sequencing user stories, defects, and enablers in partnership with Product Management, Architecture/Engineering, and key stakeholders.
- Implements clear story definition and acceptance criteria, providing ongoing clarification to enable accurate estimation, iteration planning, and delivery.
- Determines story readiness and completion by accepting work as done, validating against acceptance criteria and Definition of Done, and ensuring fitness for use and quality.
- Supports Agile delivery ceremonies and stakeholder alignment, including backlog refinement, planning preparation, sprint demos, and retrospectives; champions Agile practices across the program.
- Serves as Scrum Master for offshore delivery teams and partners with QA to align requirements with test criteria across integration and user acceptance testing.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher AND ten (10) years of IT system analysis (or related) experience, High School Diploma/GED from AND fourteen (14) years of IT system analysis (or related) experience, * Three (3) years working in and collaborating with offshore development teams.
- Five (5) years of experience delivering complex software development projects involving data integrations.
- Five (5) years working in web/mobile/ecommerce digital solutions.
- Four (4) years of healthcare industry experience.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Programming experience.
- Experience delivering projects in both Agile and waterfall environments, and leading stakeholder adoption of Agile ceremonies and ways of working.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and produce written outcomes (agenda, decisions, action items) to drive alignment across Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Experience planning and executing system integration testing and user acceptance testing in partnership with QA teams.
- Ability to gather requirements and acceptance criteria across levels of leadership and translate needs into prioritized backlog items.
Benefits & conditions
Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $124,000 - $170,500, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
