• Previous Managed Services experience is strongly desired-understanding how to deliver IT solutions in a proactive, service-oriented model.
• Confidence and a take-charge mentality-someone who is proactive, decisive, and comfortable driving technical initiatives.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities-capable of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex IT challenges.
