Apply business process and system expertise to bring forth leading practices in Auto Dealerships\n\n * Provide product training to dealer staff across departments (sales, service, parts, accounting) \n\n * Manage and execute test plan activities, including requirements-based test plans to assess the quality of digital project deliverables, and facilitation of user acceptance testing\n\n * Support robust change management programs to increase adoption for our clients\n\n * Partner with project managers to identify project risk and issues. Work together to collaboratively develop and articulate mitigate strategies\n\n * Participate in the development and deployment of implementation methodologies, trainings and toolkits through internal initiatives\n\n * Support sales cycles as needed as a Subject Matter Expert. - Experience with automotive software or software as a service (SaaS) implementations\n\n * Demonstrate management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required.\n\n * Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects\n\n * Flexibility to travel to client site as needed and work outside of normal business hours due to client demands.\n\n * Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies\n\n * Exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects\n\n * A To view the full job, High School Diploma/Equivalency
