Job description

A leading hospital is seeking an experienced Epic Stork Analyst to support obstetrics and perinatal systems within a healthcare environment. This role focuses on the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic Stork modules, ensuring efficient workflows across labor and delivery, fetal monitoring, and postpartum documentation., * Configure, build, and maintain Epic Stork modules

  • Support obstetrics workflows, including labor and delivery, fetal monitoring, and postpartum documentation
  • Collaborate with OB/GYN providers, nursing staff, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
  • Optimize workflows to improve clinical efficiency and patient care
  • Perform system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Troubleshoot system issues and workflow inefficiencies
  • Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and go-live support
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and workflows

Requirements

  • Epic Stork Certification (required)
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Epic Stork or obstetrics systems
  • Strong understanding of obstetrics workflows, including labor and delivery and fetal monitoring
  • Experience with system build, configuration, and testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, * Experience working in hospital or large healthcare environments
  • Familiarity with perinatal documentation standards and regulatory requirements
  • Experience supporting Epic upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives
