Job description

  • In this role, you will lead troubleshooting of manufacturing and ERP-related issues, driving resolution to support safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
  • You will act as the bridge between shop-floor operations and business systems, ensuring alignment between production execution and system accuracy
  • Further, you will support and optimize Oracle ERP processes (OM/WIP), including issue identification, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
  • You will partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, quality, finance, and supply chain teams to resolve operational challenges and improve performance
  • You will interpret and support execution of job instructions, routers, bills of material, and purchase orders to ensure consistency between engineering intent and production output
  • In addition, you will support compliance with export regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements through accurate documentation and system integrity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience (10-12+ years in a plant/manufacturing environment)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or production support
  • Further, you have experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred), including transaction support and troubleshooting (OM/WIP)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently drive issues to resolution
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and plant operations
  • You have effective communication skills with experience working across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience supporting customer or vendor interactions in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with export compliance requirements is a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel 20-30% is required in this role
