Play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a robust, scalable, and highly available infrastructure that powers the retail, manufacturing, and warehouse systems. Collaborate directly with cross-functional teams to implement automation, enhance system performance, and ensure seamless operations of enterprise-critical applications. - Implement automation, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC using Terraform, Helm, and scripting languages in close partnership with development and operations teams
- Monitor system health via Prometheus, Grafana, and cloud-native tools; lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews to drive continuous improvement
- Execute deployments, upgrades, and patches with minimal downtime while enforcing security best practices including firewall rules, load balancers, reverse proxies, and zero trust policies
- Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues before user impact, maintaining compliance and data integrity across production environments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of DevOps or SRE experience in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in GCP and Azure, with hands-on proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Extensive experience with IaC via Terraform and CI/CD platforms including Azure DevOps and Jenkins
- Proficiency in automation scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or similar) and monitoring/observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Monitoring, Application Insights)
- Solid networking fundamentals (firewalls, load balancing, proxies) with strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Must be able to work, both now and in the future, without employer sponsorship
