Requirements
The candidate should have 84+ months of experience in software development and be involved in all phases of the SDLC, including research, design, development, testing, and implementation of software solutions., 1. 84 months of experience analyzing and interpreting Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), use cases, participating in JAD sessions, and collaborating with business analysts.
- 84 months of experience creating and implementing test plans, identifying test cases, writing/executing test scripts, troubleshooting application issues, and communicating defects to development teams.
- 84 months of hands-on experience with HP Quality Center / Micro Focus ALM for test management.
- 84 months of experience using HP QTP / Micro Focus UFT for automation and regression testing.
- 84 months of experience planning, designing, developing, and executing test strategies for large-scale web-based Human Services / Government systems with 100+ screens and 100+ business validations.
- 36 months of experience as a Test Lead, providing guidance, mentoring, and direction to QA team members.
- 48 months of experience using tools such as SQL Navigator, SOAP UI, Microsoft TFS, and HP Quality Center for defect tracking, issue analysis, and technical communication.
- 48 months of experience with HP LoadRunner / Performance Center for load and performance testing.
