Principal Consultant SAP BASIS / RISE Migration

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant with deep expertise in SAP BASIS and large-scale transformation programs. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end migration initiatives to SAP S/4HANA under RISE with SAP, driving strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment., * Lead end-to-end migration to S/4HANA under RISE framework

• Define and execute BASIS migration strategy including:

• Planning, downtime optimization, and cutover strategy

Act as primary technical liaison between SAP RISE teams and client stakeholders

Lead all SAP BASIS activities:

• System conversion, upgrades, and post-migration stabilization

Execute and manage:

• SUM/DMO migrations
• System landscape transformation

Oversee tenant copy and system refresh activities

Ensure performance, security, and stability post migration

• 15+ years of SAP BASIS experience

• Strong hands-on expertise in:

• SAP S/4HANA

• SAP HANA Administration

Proven experience in RISE with SAP migrations

Expertise in:

• SUM (Software Update Manager)
• DMO (Database Migration Option)

Experience in SAP system/data center migration

Strong understanding of full project lifecycle (planning execution stabilization)

Experience with tenant copy and system refresh strategies

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with System Transition Workbench (STWB) methodology
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) in SAP context
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Experience in large enterprise transformation programs, * Strategic thinking and solution design
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to lead high-impact migration programs
• Problem-solving in complex SAP landscapes
