  • 5+ years of relevant technical experience in Database Engineering or Administration, with a deep focus on the Oracle ecosystem.
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle database engineering and PL/SQL development.
  • Hands-on experience managing Message Queuing (MQ) and distributed data flows.
  • Solid understanding of Change Data Capture (CDC) processes and data integration methodologies.

Performance Tuning: Proven ability to identify and resolve inefficient database operations and optimize query performance. * Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexities for cross-functional stakeholders. * Reliability: Strong understanding of high-availability concepts and a commitment to data reliability in large-scale production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Mainframe technologies or legacy data structures.
  • Experience with Cloud data migrations (specifically Google Cloud Platform).
  • Proficiency in scripting for automation (e.g., Python or Java).
