Application Development Manager - JD Edwards

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of application developers supporting JD Edwards and related systems
• Oversee the full application lifecycle, including enhancements, integrations, and new development
• Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize projects and deliver practical, high-quality solutions
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve system performance and usability
• Maintain oversight of application architecture, standards, and system integrations
• Contribute to budgeting, vendor management, and cost optimization initiatives

• Strong experience with JD Edwards (EnterpriseOne or World) development and support
• Background managing application development teams and multiple concurrent projects
• Experience with ERP integrations and enterprise systems in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Solid understanding of modern development practices (Agile, DevOps, system architecture)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with both technical and business teams
