UPS is seeking a dynamic Director of Digital Systems Product and Engineering to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of UPS.com's critical Web Shipping and Online Payments applications. - Establish and communicate the roadmap for UPS.com shipping and payment platforms.
- Align product initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
- Drive Technology Excellence
- Architect and oversee development of mission-critical, internet-facing applications.
- Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards.
- Lead Teams & Stakeholders
- Inspire and manage cross-functional product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritize features and deliver value.
- Operational Leadership
- Monitor KPIs, ensure agile delivery, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Resolve technical challenges and guide teams toward innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Technical Expertise
- Strong background in front-end technologies (React, Angular, Microservices, .NET, Java, etc.).
- Experience with secure, high-availability architectures and payment systems.
- Product Management Skills
- Proven success managing large-scale digital products.
- Ability to balance technical feasibility with business priorities.
- Leadership
- Exceptional team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Leading enterprise-scale platforms with millions of users.
- Expertise in Agile and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with PCI compliance and fraud prevention., Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,840 year to $296,220/year . Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
