Job description

We are seeking a hands-on Director, Change Management on our Procurement team to drive the continued rollout and adoption of enterprise Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions across the procurement organization, including change management support for the Strategic Sourcing Group (SSG). This is a highly execution-focused role that partners closely with the VP and key business stakeholders to accelerate adoption, embed new ways of working, and ensure sustained value realization from deployed technology., * Own day-to-day change execution across S2P initiatives

  • Develop and deliver targeted communications to drive clarity, alignment, and engagement
  • Design and facilitate role-based training for end users and suppliers
  • Conduct impact assessments and translate into actionable plans
  • Partner closely with procurement leaders to drive adoption and address resistance in real time
  • Track adoption metrics and adjust approach to improve outcomes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for change across the program

Change Management: Lead Change Management initiatives by demonstrating comprehensive understanding of Prosci methodology, to employ ADKAR systematic approach to adoption, communication, and training.

Project Management: Align Change milestones with Broadridge PMO through regular updates and collaboration to establish milestones and communicate to executive steering committee.

Employee Training: Facilitate, schedule, and organize stakeholder and role specific training.

Organizational Skill: Demonstrate knowledge of Broadridge organization, Fintech companies and impacted stakeholders.

Technical Expertise: Leverage understanding of procurement processes, procurement technology and sourcing models

Leadership: Provide direction, identify change impact risks, and develop creative solutions to meet adoption goals.

Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders, promoting collaboration garnering buy-in to strategic objectives.

Communications: Coordinate enterprise-wide communications and align communication channels through stakeholder segmentation.

Collaboration: Coordinate regular change update meetings with business leaders to create transparency across project while developing solutions to achieve objectives.

Requirements

  • 7-12 years experience in enterprise change management, preferably in procurement or S2P environments
  • Proven ability to operate independently and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting ERP or cloud procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Zycus)
  • Strong communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Hands-on execution, comfortable as a "player-coach" and change resource on a program
  • Analytical/ Problem Solving Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to Create Standard Operating Procedures
  • Strong team player, with the innate ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related field (preferred).
  • Change Management Certified
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with ADKAR is a plus.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $140,000.00- $175,000.00 USD.
