Summary: The Salesforce Analyst supports the Sales Operations organization by delivering scalable reporting, analytics, and insights from Salesforce. This role partners closely with Sales leadership and Sales Support to translate CRM data into actionable insights that drive performance, adoption, and data quality. The Salesforce Analyst also provides secondary Salesforce configuration support and administration ensuring continuity and redundancy across the Sales Operations team., * Design, build, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support sales performance, pipeline management, forecasting, and leadership decision-making.
- Analyze Salesforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to sales execution, pipeline health, and customer engagement.
- Partner with Sales leadership and Sales Support to define metrics, KPIs, and standard performance views used across the organization.
- Monitor Salesforce data quality and proactively identify issues related to usage, data completeness, and adherence to business processes.
- Support sales enablement and adoption efforts by providing insights into Salesforce usage and effectiveness.
- Provide secondary Salesforce administrative support, including basic configuration such as fields, record types, page layouts, and simple automation.
- Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Administrator to understand system architecture, data models, and governance standards.
- Support cross-functional analytics needs by extracting and analyzing Salesforce data to complement broader commercial insights.
- Document reporting logic, metric definitions, and dashboards to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Regularly works onsite to collaborate cross functionally, strengthen partnerships, and drive real time problem solving.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, information systems, computer science, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce in an analytics, operations, or reporting capacity.
- Demonstrated experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards to support sales performance, pipeline management, and leadership decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate CRM data into actionable insights for Sales and Sales Support stakeholders.
Preferred Education & Experiences:
- Experience supporting Sales, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations teams.
- Experience with Salesforce administration or configuration, such as fields, page layouts, record types, or basic automation.
- Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics and visualization tools.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and standardizing metrics across teams.
- Experience in a CPG, foodservice, retail, or similarly complex commercial environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in sales data.
- Solid understanding of CRM data structures and how Salesforce supports sales processes and workflows.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with Sales leadership, Sales Support, and cross-functional partners.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to operate with increasing autonomy over time.
Benefits & conditions
This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $100,000 to $120,000.
