- Serve as a subject matter expert across the IBM Verify product portfolio, including current offerings and upcoming releases.
- Develop high-quality technical documentation, including deployment guides, architecture diagrams, and best practices used for product enablement.
- Design and deliver training materials for internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Maintain certification programs to support product adoption and technical enablement.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product capabilities and delivery standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes, tooling, and documentation quality.
- Manage materials for private previews, ensuring high customer engagement, effective feedback collection, and clear process ownership.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer with a strong background in deployment and delivery of IBM Verify products across both on-premise and SaaS environments. This role is based in Austin, Texas and requires regular in-office presence. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, a passion for knowledge sharing, and the ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, scalable training material and documentation., * 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying and delivering enterprise software solutions.
- Proven experience working with both on-premise infrastructure and SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of the IBM Verify product suite (or similar identity/security platforms).
- Experience creating technical documentation and training content for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, in-office environment in Austin, Texas.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Experience designing or managing certification programs.
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), authentication protocols, or security frameworks.
- Background in customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering, professional services, or technical consulting.
