Job description

The Engineer, Infrastructure, Security & Cloud Operations is responsible for designing, supporting, and securing the company's cloud and infrastructure environments to ensure availability, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence., * Design, support, and maintain enterprise cloud and infrastructure platforms, including SD-WAN, managed services, virtualization, and Microsoft Azure.

  • Implement and maintain security controls to protect company systems and data; support vulnerability management and security monitoring.
  • Partner with Engineering and business teams to design secure, scalable solutions that support business growth.
  • Support SOC 2 Type II audits and ensure infrastructure aligns with compliance, DR, and data protection requirements.
  • Manage and support disaster recovery and data restoration plans, including annual testing.
  • Participate in vendor management and support third-party service integrations.
  • Implement monitoring, automation, and performance optimization across systems.
  • Maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, cloud, and security issues.

Requirements

  • Senior-level expertise in cloud, infrastructure, networking, security, and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience with SOC 2 Type II, ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Service Management), and DR planning.
  • Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage operational work alongside projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to support after-hours work as needed to minimize business impact.
