Job description
We are seeking highly professional leadership for our Integration Program Manager role in support of R.A Jones customers.This individual will manager customer orders from order acknowledgment through final customer commissioning and payment. Also, this position is charged with directing multi-organizational team resources in achieving the most cost-effective solution and delivery of orders within a team-developed scope and schedule.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Managing systems requirements from internal and external customers, driving program schedules from multiple sources, and managing the program's profitability.
- Lead and coordinating design/implementation efforts while coordinating across multiple teams to develop optimal solutions.
- Making appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-deployment and communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal/external cross-functional and remote project teams.
Requirements
- Strong program management background, will have demonstrated experience leading large projects, and will have a well-rounded technical background in current technologies
- Anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, anticipating and making tradeoffs, and balancing the business needs versus technical constraints.
- Provide maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent, and leadership are essential to success in this role.
- Must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
- Developing and driving high-level strategic initiatives but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in, and get the job done.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor's degree required (or a combination of relevant experience and education).
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering team experience.
- Understanding and development of floor plan and facility flow patterns.
- Must be able to develop customer floor plans and understand process capabilities with material flow.
- Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and oral communication skills; able to interact with all levels of employees, management, and external customers.
- Able to work in an office and manufacturing environment at Jones and customer facilities.
- General business (finance, operations, engineering) reporting.
- SAP knowledge a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in business (or a combination of relevant experience).
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering team experience.
- Technical knowledge of packaging equipment/capital equipment.
- Experience reporting KPI's to leadership driving strategic business unit development.

Physical Requirements
- Must be willing to travel to customer and vendor sites on an occasional basis. Approximately 30% - 40%.
