Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field required 6+ years of mechanical design experience in military/defense or UAS systems 6+ years of experience delivering design concepts, detailed drawings, and hardware through prototype or production 6+ years of experience with PLM/ERP tools (e.g., Windchill) for configuration management and change control 6+ years of experience in small air vehicle design and development 2+ years of experience with CAD tools 1+ year of experience with Bill of Materials (BOM) development 2+ years of experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) 4+ years of experience with complex mechanical/electrical concepts 2+ years of experience with part tolerancing Strong analytical skills to resolve performance, weight, and design trade-offs Collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate across design teams Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
