Firewall experience Palo Alto is primary with some Cisco ASA's out there Proxy experience is a plus since they are sunsetting that in the next year or so AWS experience Certs? He likes to see those, doesn't mind seeing alphabet soup on resumes, shows they are constantly learning YOE doesn't really matter as long as they know what they are doing
