Job description

The System Analyst/Infor Workforce Management (WFM) Solution Coordinator will specialize in implementing, configuring, and supporting Infor Workforce Management (formerly Workbrain) software, focusing on Time & Attendance. The System Analyst/SME will translate business requirements into functional solutions, configure rules, and optimize workflows., * Implementation & Configuration: Configure WFM pay rules, pay codes, calculation groups, accrual policies, and validation rules to meet Aultman needs.

  • Project Delivery: Lead or support full-lifecycle implementations, upgrades, new releases, and migrations for Infor CloudSuite WFM.
  • Analysis & Design: Gather functional requirements, analyze current processes and time-tracking workflows.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex reporting, including "burst reports" using Infor tooling. Cognos experience would be an asset.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, managing integrations (e.g., HRMS, Payroll) and troubleshooting system errors.
  • Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure data accuracy, compliance with labor regulations, and system performance monitoring.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Health System's IT department to support automation initiatives and continuously improve payroll-related processes. Partner with the Health System's HR department to ensure all WFM system configurations align with the employee handbook and HR policies.

Working Conditions

  • The System Analyst is a Hybrid/Remote Position.
  • Day shift schedule Monday-Friday.

Requirements

  • The System Analyst position requires a Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of educational and work experience.
  • 2-5+ years of hands-on experience with timekeeping/workforce management tools (Kronos, Workforce Software, etc.)

Skills

  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL for data investigation and familiarity with Infor ION/IPA (Intelligent Open Network/Process Automation).
  • Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of Time & Attendance including Accruals and Balance Management. Knowledge of FLSA and FMLA policy.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and troubleshoot root causes.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for collaborating with stakeholders and preparing functional documentation. Ability to assume a training role.
