• This role is essential to the program s success and requires someone who can bring structure, leadership, and foresight to a complex enterprise ERP migration. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leading similar transformations and can anticipate challenges across systems, integrations, and data flows.

• Bring structure and clarity to project execution, including:

• Work breakdown and sequencing

• Risk identification and mitigation strategies

• Governance and decision frameworks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and vendors Mentor and guide engineers and analysts, elevating team capability and delivery maturity. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
