Kforce has a client that is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Hillsboro, OR. Typical Day in the Role:
- Reviewing and addressing KPI and s360 work items and creating and connecting Azure resources to deliver solutions
Key projects: This role will contribute to supporting Azure-based validation initiatives across multiple teams by building and connecting tools and utilities hosted in Azure, contributing to efforts tied to Microsoft Cobalt SoC product validation, leveraging Azure infrastructure, and managing and supporting security-related work items and integrations tied to Azure-based solutions., * High-visibility role inside a Verification and Validation org - the contractor's reporting reaches director and senior-director level weekly
- Direct exposure to Azure platform services and the engineering teams that build them
- Clear scope and well-defined success metrics - not ambiguous "figure it out" work
- Stable, long-running engagement (replacing an existing tenured contractor) with established processes already in place
- Opportunity to grow KQL, Power BI, and Microsoft service-engineering process expertise that transfers across the company
- Collaborative team culture; Established mentorship from senior engineers in the org
Requirements
- Azure DevOps (ADO) work item management - creating, triaging, querying, and reporting on ADO work items - 3+ years
- Azure Security Certificate - 1+ years
- Ideal background: The candidate should have a strong background in Azure; Python development experience would be nice to have

This range may be modified in the future.
