As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.Your day-to-day activities will involve using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.

• Execute assigned development tasks with increasing independence while applying best practices and standards.

• Identify and resolve common technical challenges by analyzing recurring patterns and proposing effective solutions.

• Collaborate with team members to contribute to the continuous improvement of software components and processes.

• Engage in knowledge sharing to support team goals and enhance collective expertise.

• Participate actively in sprint planning and review sessions to align deliverables with project objectives.

• Minimum 2 years of IT experience

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Spring Boot

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in React Native or React JS

• High School Diploma/GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Apache Kafka, Microservies and Light Weight Architecture

• Experience in Microsoft Azure SQL DB and Cosmos DB
