Senior UX Designer

Lead and execute generative consumer research and service design projects.

• Translate high-level strategic ideas into structured, actionable research plans.
• Manage research intake, project scoping, and capacity planning to align team resources with business needs.
• Oversee research methodologies, providing technical guidance and mentoring team members in qualitative research, facilitation, and experience mapping.
• Act as research producer by ensuring seamless project execution, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering high-quality outputs.
• Own and report on team metrics, synthesizing data from multiple sources to demonstrate research impact and business outcomes.
• Maintain team infrastructure, including process documentation, digital whiteboards (e.g., FigJam), and SharePoint sites.
• Handle day-to-day project administration and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior and executive leadership.
• Utilize advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), collaboration tools (FigJam/Zoom Whiteboards), and web/data management platforms (SharePoint, Maze).
• Demonstrate advanced communication, facilitation, negotiation, and consensus-building abilities.
• Apply human-centered design principles to align research with business strategy.
