Full Stack Developer

• Lead Feature Development: Drive the technical design and end-to-end implementation of large-scale features.
• Act as a Technical Sparring Partner: You will collaborate with and actively mentor mid-level engineers and foster a culture of continuous technical growth.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Translate product requirements into pragmatic, scalable software designs, ensuring seamless integration across different teams and systems.
• Write Production-Ready Code: Build, test, and deploy high-quality software across our core stack: TypeScript, NestJS, and React.

• Strong proficiency in our tech stack: TypeScript, React, and NestJS.
• You genuinely enjoy sharing knowledge, guiding others, and being the technical anchor for a team. You thrive when you are helping others succeed.
• Familiarity with feature development on a larger scale. You know how to break down big problems, plan refactoring safely, and communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• You thrive in a supportive, empathetic environment where active listening, understanding, and constructive feedback are the standard.
