Job description
Day-to-day, you will: Achieve sales targets across software licences, maintenance, bureau processing (where we run services on behalf of customers) and consultancy. Run product demonstrations, building your confidence over time and knowing when to bring in colleagues for extra support. Build trusted relationships with prospects, making sure handovers to delivery teams are smooth and well-managed. Respond quickly to enquiries, sharing feedback and insights that help improve how the whole team works.
Requirements
You enjoy owning your patch and seeing the results of your work. You're a motivated self-starter with a positive, never-give-up mindset, and you take pride in building strong relationships that last. You bring experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales and account management in the UK, with a good understanding of selling software. At Access, you'll have the support and space to grow your skills while making a real impact for our customers and your team., Experience in B2B field sales and account management in the UK, including selling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Confidence working both independently and as part of a wider team, with strong time management and prioritisation skills. Clear and persuasive communication skills across phone, email, written content and presentations. Comfortable using technology such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce (our customer relationship management system), social selling tools and market mapping.
