Job description

The EUC Support Analyst is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for end-user computing devices, applications, and services. This role focuses on resolving incidents, addressing service requests, and ensuring seamless IT experience for end users across the organization., * Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices (smart phones & tablets), and peripherals (printers, scanners, monitors).

  • Provide hands-on support for Meeting Room Equipment (Audio/Video & Telephony devices). Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems (Windows 10/11), standard applications (MS Office, collaboration tools), and network connectivity.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations through ITSM tools within agreed SLAs. Support end users with hardware/software installations, configurations, and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies (patch management, antivirus, encryption)
  • Management of 2 factor tokens (Physical and Software) including management of token lifecycle Maintain and update documentation for troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for hardware support of workstations, MFDs, Audio/Video and Telephony devices.
  • Participate in IT asset management (tracking, deployment, recovery & disposal of devices).
  • Manage and administrate role-based device procurement catalog and portal.
  • Provide end-user training and guidance on IT tools and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Active Directory (user management, group policies)
  • Experience in mobile device management (Intune, etc.) preferred
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • ITIL Foundation certification desirable.
