Requirements

Mobile - Swift(iOS) Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops Role Description:

Experience with VDI solutions (Citrix, VMware Horizon).
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation.
Exposure to cloud-based EUC services (Microsoft 365, Azure AD).
ITIL Foundation certification.

Essential Skills:

Experience in EUC support and management.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10 11, macOS, and mobile OS platforms.
Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security.
Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (Microsoft Intune, VMware AirWatch).
Familiarity with SCCM MECM or similar tools for patching and software deployment.
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
