Job description
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to drive strategic program management, data governance, and transformation initiatives across our Growth & Development organization. This role will serve as a critical coordination hub for cross-functional projects spanning long-range planning, real estate, design, construction, procurement, and facilities management functions, while establishing robust data governance frameworks and leading high-impact transformation initiatives leveraging AI and process improvement methodologies. They will own and deliver a roadmap of data quality and governance initiatives to drive high quality 'single source of truth', establishing metrics and cross-functional project plans to provide the foundation for AI-augmented transformation. They will sit at the intersection of our product & data teams and the PMO and functional teams they support to drive quality in all aspects of our reporting and product suite. They will manage intake and prioritization for a multi-product suite of both proprietary and 3P solutions, delivering strategic and operational impact.
Key job responsibilities
Program Management & Coordination

Manage end-to-end intake, prioritization, and tracking for projects across Product/Tech, Strategic Planning, Site Research, and Science teams

Coordinate deliverables and dependencies across technical and business partner teams within the broader Growth & Development organization

Establish and maintain program management mechanisms including status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication frameworks

Drive alignment on timelines, resources, and success metrics across multiple concurrent initiatives
Data Governance & Quality

Lead data governance strategy and implementation for both third-party and proprietary systems

Build and maintain mechanisms to ensure high-quality, complete, and accurate data across all organizational data assets

Establish data quality standards, monitoring processes, and remediation workflows

Partner with technical teams to implement data validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes
Transformation & Special Projects

Drive completion of high-impact special projects at the intersection of enterprise process improvement, transformation, and AI-augmented continuous improvement

Identify opportunities for operational excellence and efficiency gains across the organization, breaking complex problems down into clear milestones to drive execution.

Lead change management efforts for process transformations and new technology implementations in partnership with Program Management and Functional stakeholder teams.

Champion adoption of AI and automation solutions to enhance team productivity and decision-making
Requirements
5+ years of program or project management experience

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of driving process improvements experience

Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Knowledge of general AI tools

Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions

Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
