Job description

  • Manage supplier relationships for key system integration partners.
  • Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle including renewals and amendments.
  • Interpret contract terms and mitigate risks in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain vendor performance scorecards.
  • Facilitate vendor performance discussions and resolve disputes.
  • Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and identify gaps.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Track contract milestones, deliverables, and obligations.
  • Prepare compliance and performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide training on contract policies and compliance requirements.
  • Support quality assurance and quality control for contract performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in vendor management or contract management.
  • Experience managing complex contracts for large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Strong expertise in supplier relationship management and contract compliance.
  • Ability to interpret contract terms and mitigate risks.
  • Experience in managing system integrator and software service vendors.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.

Experience:

  • Experience managing vendor performance and developing scorecards.
  • Experience handling contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments.
  • Experience in compliance monitoring, auditing, and reporting.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and process improvements., * Master's degree in a related field.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience with QA/QC processes in contract management.
  • Experience in utility industry or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with SAP, Ariba, SRM, or similar contract systems.
