Job description
- Manage supplier relationships for key system integration partners.
- Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle including renewals and amendments.
- Interpret contract terms and mitigate risks in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain vendor performance scorecards.
- Facilitate vendor performance discussions and resolve disputes.
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and identify gaps.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Track contract milestones, deliverables, and obligations.
- Prepare compliance and performance reports for stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide training on contract policies and compliance requirements.
- Support quality assurance and quality control for contract performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in vendor management or contract management.
- Experience managing complex contracts for large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in supplier relationship management and contract compliance.
- Ability to interpret contract terms and mitigate risks.
- Experience in managing system integrator and software service vendors.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
Experience:
- Experience managing vendor performance and developing scorecards.
- Experience handling contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments.
- Experience in compliance monitoring, auditing, and reporting.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and process improvements., * Master's degree in a related field.
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience with QA/QC processes in contract management.
- Experience in utility industry or infrastructure projects.
- Experience with SAP, Ariba, SRM, or similar contract systems.
