Design and develop UI Builder experiences on the ServiceNow platform Implement AI-driven workflows and platform capabilities Collaborate with ServiceNow and Cognizant teams Provide technical leadership, solution design, and code review Ensure scalable, maintainable, and upgrade-safe implementations
Requirements
Strong experience with ServiceNow UI Builder Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow AI Platform / Now Assist Experience building custom workspaces, portals, pages, and reusable UI components Strong understanding of Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio Ability to work with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions Strong debugging, performance tuning, and best-practice implementation skills Senior-level communication and client-facing experience Nice to Have: Experience with GenAI use cases in ServiceNow Experience supporting enterprise clients ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, or AI-related certifications
