Job description

  • Lead and manage large SAP Managed Services programs, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance and continuous service improvement
  • Oversee end-to-end SAP delivery, including governance of ongoing projects and program health
  • Drive ITIL-based service management (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Major Incident, RCA)
  • Lead SAP implementation programs using SAP Activate methodology
  • Act as the primary escalation point and ensure proactive risk mitigation
  • Build strong client relationships, lead governance meetings, and improve customer satisfaction (NPS)
  • Drive innovation, AI infusion, and automation initiatives (GenAI, Joule, chatbots, process optimization)
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, service expansion, and delivery-led revenue
  • Ensure effective offshore coordination, ticket management, and productivity improvements (left shift, FCR, automation)
  • Lead resource planning, team development, and competency building, including mentoring future leaders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 15+ years of SAP experience with 7+ years in Service Delivery / Program Management
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FICO or SAP Logistics (MM/WM/LE)
  • Good understanding of SAP technical components (ABAP, Fiori/UI5, Basis, integrations)
  • Proven experience managing large SAP Managed Services engagements
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and service management frameworks
  • Experience leading at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations using Activate methodology
  • Exposure to AI/automation in SAP environments (GenAI, process automation, chatbots)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong experience in delivery governance, financial management, and revenue growth
