Job description

We are seeking a Staff Engineer who combines deep technical expertise with a startup mindset and a passion for solving business problems. This role is ideal for someone who can influence stakeholders, lead architectural decisions, and deliver scalable solutions using SaaS, low-code/no-code platforms, and cloud-native technologies., * Contribute to the design and development of scalable, secure, and performant systems that modernize legacy platforms.

  • Platform Enablement: Implement and extend SaaS and low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate delivery and reduce custom development.
  • Collaborative Execution: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver business-aligned solutions.
  • Lean Engineering: Apply rapid prototyping, iterative development, and pragmatic decision-making to drive outcomes.
  • Technical Excellence: Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies, especially in Gen AI, cloud-native development, and platform engineering.
  • Mentoring: Mentor the software engineering team to adopt best practices and agile/iterative ways to deliver solutions

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), serverless, and event-driven design.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, low-code/no-code tools, and Gen AI technologies.
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality software.
  • Experience modernizing legacy systems or integrating with modern platforms.
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences., * Experience with full-stack (backend, frontend, Cloud, Infrastructure) development.
  • Familiarity with distributed messaging (Kafka, Kinesis) and caching (example - Redis, ElastiCache).
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to startup environments or fast-paced product development cycles. Experience in media, entertainment, or digital platforms is a plus.
