DBA Lead

• Manage AWS-hosted Oracle infrastructure, including database administration, patching, and system performance tuning for Oracle EBS environment.
• Support disaster recovery (DR) and continuity of operations (COOP), backups, monitoring, and ensure security compliance.
• Coordinate with infrastructure directorate for system upgrades and reliability improvements.
• Administer Oracle EBS databases covering installation, patching, backup and recovery, and performance enhancement.
• Ensure database security, high availability, and compliance standards are met across production, test, and disaster recovery environments.
• Collaborate closely with application and infrastructure teams to optimize database performance and stability.
• Implement performance monitoring and security patching to maintain system integrity.
• Oversee system upgrades and coordinate infrastructure efforts for seamless operations.
• Utilize monitoring tools to proactively detect and resolve issues affecting database performance and security.

• Experience managing AWS environments including EC2 and RDS.
• Proficient with Oracle Database (12c/19c).
• Knowledge of Linux (RedHat) operating system administration.
• Experience with backup and recovery tools, particularly RMAN.
• Strong skills in performance tuning and system monitoring.
• Desired: Oracle DBA Certification.
