Job description
CGI is looking for an experienced Actimize Developer to join our Applications Development and Maintenance team, supporting our client which is a large US Bank, working in an advanced technology environment.
This is an in office 5 days a week position located at our client site in Phoenix, AZ. For this role on this particular client engagement, employer sponsorship of immigration related visa and/or green card status as part of the PERM process will not be available., o As an Actimize Developer, you will be responsible for developing and supporting AML (Anti-Money Laundering), fraud detection, and compliance solutions using Actimize
o Design, develop, and configure Actimize modules (e.g., IFM, RCM, ActOne)
o Develop and maintain Actimize components using Java and Actimize APIs
o Build and customize rules, profiles, and alert logic for transaction monitoring
o Develop Actimize workflows and case management processes
o Extend Actimize data models (ADM) as per business needs
o Participate in code reviews and Agile development processes, ensuring alignment with pre-defined architectural specifications and identifying/troubleshooting application code-related issues.
o Provide hands-on coaching and support for junior software team personnel in microservices development, systems architecture, reuse, development processes, and technical direction.
o Act as a technical advisor on specialized phases of system design, programming, implementation, and analysis, leading and participating in major system design, development, and implementations.
o Gather system requirements, develop specifications, write code according to specifications, review others' code/designs, diagnose and fix bugs in conjunction with QA team and work independently and as part of an agile team.
Requirements
o Candidate must have an agile mindset and should have 8+ years of hands on experience as a developer with Actimize modules (IFM, RCM, ActOne, AIS)
o Expertise in Actimize rule development, alert generation, and workflow customization
o Experience with Actimize Data Model (ADM) and schema extensions
o Ability to design and implement end-to-end Actimize solutions
o Solid understanding of AML, KYC, fraud detection, and transaction monitoring
o Experience translating regulatory requirements into technical rules
o Knowledge of alert tuning, false-positive reduction, and risk scoring models
o Experience integrating Actimize with enterprise systems and third-party tools
o Should have Unit and Integration testing experience

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $176,300.00.
