Job description
We're looking for a hands-on Cloud Engineer to build and operate the cloud platform that powers our business. You'll execute on infrastructure architecture, partnering across Engineering, Product, Security, and Risk. This is a builder role. If you've shipped production infrastructure from scratch, know your way around EKS, and take real ownership of what you deploy - we want to talk. What You'll Do Build, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform. Own Kubernetes (EKS) workloads end-to-end - from cluster configuration to containerized service deployments. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with security baked in. Stand up and refine full observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, distributed tracing). Implement least-privilege IAM, secrets management, and automated certificate rotation. Support SOC2 and FINRA compliance through audit-ready controls and evidence gathering. Requirements
-
3 - 5 + years managing cloud infrastructure in production AWS environments

Strong, hands-on Terraform - you can read, write, and debug it in real time

Solid Kubernetes experience; EKS is a significant plus

Experience connecting full systems end-to-end: load balancers, networking, databases, frontend/backend services

DevOps-leaning builder mindset - you build platforms, not just maintain them

High ownership orientation and comfort operating in evolving, fast-moving environments

Fintech or financial services background helpful but not required

If no Fintech or financial services, MUST come from a highly regulated industry (healthcare etc.)
