Release & Deployment Engineer: TXT e-Swiss, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Release & Deployment Engineer to join projects in the banking/fintech sector, characterized by high technological complexity.

The selected candidate will be involved in the end-to-end management of the software lifecycle, from development through to production release, contributing to the stability, automation, and evolution of application environments.

Main Responsibilities Manage the release and deployment process of applications and software packages Perform deployments of third-party software and core components on target environments Design and develop automation pipelines for releases (CI/CD) Manage and optimize containerized environments based on Kubernetes / OpenShift Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Middleware, Unix, DBA, Network) to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement Contribute to the design and implementation of GitLab pipelines for building and publishing images to the cloud Support monitoring and environment automation activities

Proven experience in Release & Deployment Management / DevOps Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins and/or GitLab CI) Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) Good knowledge of scripting (Shell, Python) and languages such as Java and SQL Experience managing complex and distributed environments Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies Strong teamwork skills and ability to interact with technical stakeholders, Experience with core banking systems Knowledge of cloud infrastructures and tools such as Terraform Experience managing databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MariaDB)

Required Experience Mid-level: 3-5 years of experience Senior-level: more than 6 years of experience
