Job description

This is a performance role, not a "make it pretty" role. We are not looking to hire a generic designer. What you'll own

  • Visual direction and creative across product and promotions
  • UI/UX for key player journeys (signup, deposit, gameplay, promos)
  • Promo and campaign design (bonuses, tournaments, VIP, reactivation)
  • Design consistency across product, web, and lifecycle channels

What you'll do

  • Create original, high-quality visual assets that grab attention and drive action

  • Design interfaces that reduce friction and increase conversion

  • Turn promos into compelling in-product and CRM experiences

  • Work closely with CRM and product teams to align design with player behaviour

  • Iterate fast based on performance, not opinion, Product or UI work that shows real usage (not just concepts) What success looks like

  • Promo creatives that drive clicks, deposits, and engagement

  • Improved conversion across key product flows

  • Strong, consistent visual identity across everything players see

This is fast, commercial, and performance-driven design where your work directly impacts revenue. Technical and software skills

  • Visual and graphic design - creating high-quality, attention-grabbing assets and maintaining a strong visual identity
  • UI/UX design - designing usable, conversion-focused flows for player journeys (signup, deposit, gameplay, promos)
  • Promo and campaign design - designing in-product promotions, bonuses, tournaments, VIP campaigns, and reactivation campaigns
  • Mobile-first design - designing interfaces optimized for mobile users
  • Cross-platform design consistency - ensuring a consistent look across product, web, and CRM/lifecycle channels
  • Conversion optimization - designing to reduce friction and increase clicks, deposits, engagement, and retention
  • Performance-driven iteration - testing, iterating, and improving designs based on real metrics and user behaviour
  • Portfolio of shipped work - demonstrating experience with real, implemented designs, both promo/visual and product/UI

Software tools likely required or beneficial

  • Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for UI/UX and interface design
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for high-quality visual and promo assets
  • InVision, Zeplin, or Miro for prototyping, collaboration, and design handoff
  • Analytics and A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize, Mixpanel, or Amplitude to measure and iterate based on performance
  • CRM and marketing tools such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot for aligning design with player campaigns and lifecycle

Requirements

We are looking for someone who can create high-impact visual work and turn it into experiences that drive deposits, gameplay, and retention., * Strong visual and graphic design ability (non-negotiable)

  • Solid UI/UX skills and ability to design usable, conversion-focused flows
  • Experience in iGaming, betting, gaming, or high-engagement products (strongly preferred)
  • Ability to design for mobile-first, global audiences
  • Comfortable working in a fast, high-output environment, Strong familiarity with iGaming, betting, gaming, or high-engagement products is strongly preferred, along with comfort working in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
