You will apply your knowledge of data visualization, SQL and data pipelines to turn complex AI outputs into clear business insights. How do we make this happen?

With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.

And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

And if you are interested in mentoring, there is also space for that: supporting other ERNIans while still focusing on the technical excellence that sets us apart., You will be responsible for designing and developing executive dashboards based on AI-generated data, while defining end-to-end data flows from Snowflake to visualization tools. You will transform large datasets into clear and actionable insights, ensuring data quality, consistency and performance. You will also build validation dashboards to monitor AI outputs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-impact solutions.

Requirements

Strong experience with Power BI and executive dashboard design
Solid experience with Snowflake including data modeling and performance optimization
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
Experience designing end-to-end data pipelines and data flows
Ability to translate complex data into business insights and define KPIs
