Product Data Officer (F/H)

• Manage the collection, organization, storage, and distribution of product data across internal (e.g., websites) and external channels (e.g., syndication platforms)
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and standardization across all systems
• Identify business needs and define efficient processes for data distribution via PIM, servers, and centralized databases
• Maintain compliance with data exchange standards such as ETIM, FabDis, BMEcat, and IDEA
• Contribute to the administration and continuous improvement of the PIM system (enhancements, optimization, user support)
• Define and track KPIs to measure data quality and performance
• Proactively recommend improvements to tools, processes, and data governance practices

• Proven experience in product data management
• Fluent in French and English in an international environment
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure and solve complex problems
• Highly organized with solid project management skills
• Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of XML, XSLT, and SQL
• Familiarity with PIM, ERP systems, and digital tools
• Good understanding of data exchange formats and product classification standards
• Curious and comfortable adopting new digital technologies
• German is a plus
