Support HR teams with day-to-day use of Oracle Fusion HCM
Ensure smooth execution of HR processes (onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits)
Perform functional updates (workflows, approvals, lookups)
Review and test quarterly Oracle releases
Build and maintain HR reports using OTBI
Conduct data audits and support data governance
Create user guides, training materials, and process documentation
Partner with HR to identify process improvements and system enhancements
Requirements
We're looking for a mid-level HRIS Analyst with strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and solid understanding of core HR processes. In this role, you'll support HR teams, improve system usage, and help ensure data accuracy across the employee lifecycle., Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM (functional focus)
Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot functional issues
Experience with HR reporting tools (OTBI preferred)
Clear communication skills and comfort supporting non-technical users
