Job description
- Build trusted relationships with clients to fully understand their vision, objectives, and business challenges
- Act as the vital link between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout
- Represent client interests in day-to-day project decisions, balancing scope, timeline, and budget
Requirements & Backlog Management
- Conduct investigational analysis to assess project feasibility and identify opportunities for enhanced delivery
- Craft clear, comprehensive user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Build and maintain prioritised product backlogs that maximise value delivery
- Contribute to estimation processes, ensuring project accuracy and realistic planning
Collaborative Delivery
- Work closely with UX Design, Development, and Quality Assurance teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate workshops, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder reviews
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Box UK

Requirements
- 3+ years in product ownership, business analysis, or similar roles within digital transformation or software development environments
- Proven experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Track record of managing scope and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
