Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a capable and motivated Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. You'll work across the full stack, contributing to both front-end and back-end development of modern web applications, and collaborating closely with product managers, and fellow developers.

This is a fully remote role; however, you may occasionally be required to attend the office in Cannock for team sessions, planning, or key meetings., * Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL

• Build and consume RESTful APIs
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement features
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues

• Commercial experience as a mid-level full-stack developer
• Strong front-end experience with React
• Solid back-end development experience with Node.js
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Good understanding of full-stack web architecture
• Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment

• Experience with AWS
• Experience using Tailwind CSS
• Experience with Next.js
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments
