Job description

Our client, a well-established business in the logistics sector, is expanding their workforce and seeking a reliable individual to coordinate essential data across multiple sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to a fast-paced operation with real career progression potential., * Liaising with PAs, Yard Managers and Line Supervisors to gather and report production data

  • Driving between 3 sites to collect and verify data from processing lines
  • Supporting the transition from manual to computerised reporting systems
  • Assisting with daily administrative tasks and ad hoc office duties
  • Ensuring timely processing and delivery of job outturns

Requirements

  • Minimum GCSEs in Maths and English
  • At least 1 year working in an office administration environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Experience with SAP or similar database systems is advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
