Job description

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the team, including arranging and scheduling review meetings for clinicians in collaboration with Adult Social Care and other relevant stakeholders. This includes proactive diary management and coordination of availability.

  2. Support financial and governance processes by preparing meeting agendas, recording accurate minutes (including Clinical Scrutiny Panels), and completing Healthcare Panel (HCP) templates to facilitate financial sign-off. Ensure all documentation is uploaded to relevant systems and distributed promptly to professionals and the ICB in line with procedures.

  3. Maintain accurate, contemporaneous records across joint assessment clinical documentation, SystmOne, and Excel-based tracking systems, ensuring activity and outcomes are consistently recorded and reported.

  4. Act as a key administrative support to clinicians by managing incoming enquiries, escalating urgent matters appropriately, and supporting safeguarding and quality-related processes to ensure effective service delivery.

  5. Coordinate and service meetings and events, including organising logistics, preparing documentation, taking and circulating notes, and ensuring follow-up actions are communicated.

Requirements

· Microsoft office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel.

· Ability to use own initiative and attention to detail.

· Excellent administrative experience and great organization skills.

· Excellent Customer Service Skills.

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
