Job description

Fiontar Group is looking for an organised and proactive IT Administrator, Digital Systems to support the day-to-day running of our digital systems and online platforms.

This is a varied role that will involve website content updates, support for digital marketing systems, general digital administration, and day-to-day support for staff using software and online tools.

This role would suit someone who is comfortable working across a range of systems, enjoys keeping things organised, and is confident supporting colleagues with day-to-day digital and IT queries., * Update company websites using WordPress, including news, project updates, and service information

  • Support the use of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, including creating and scheduling campaigns
  • Maintain mailing lists and assist with basic campaign reporting
  • Provide day-to-day support for the company's digital systems and online platforms
  • Assist staff with system access, permissions, and general digital support
  • Maintain organised digital records and system documentation
  • Provide first-line support to staff on software, digital tools, and general system queries
  • Liaise with external IT and website support providers where required
  • Support the management team with ongoing improvements to digital systems and workflows

Requirements

We would be interested in candidates with experience in some of the following areas:

  • Experience updating website content using WordPress
  • Experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
  • Comfortable working with digital systems, online platforms, and AI tools
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general business software
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive and practical approach to problem solving
