Job description

Reacta Healthcare is recruiting for an IT Manager to take end-to-end ownership of IT operations, infrastructure and business systems within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. As the sole onsite IT lead, youll have broad accountability for day-to-day service, compliance and site technology delivery, working closely with trusted third-party partners for specialist support. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in improving resilience, enabling operational continuity, and shaping Reactas longer-term digital strategy., * End-user Support: onboarding/offboarding, device setup/troubleshooting, replacement, decommissioning, and management of end user devices through Microsoft Intune

  • Administration of Windows domain and modern workplace platforms (SharePoint, Microsoft Teams)
  • Operate telephony and unified communications platforms.
  • Act as system administrator for core applications such as ERP, eQMS, CRM, laboratory systems.
  • Ensure reliability, availability and security of all IT infrastructure (networks, cloud services, endpoints). Technologies in use are Cisco, Meraki, Hyper V, Windows Server, Microsoft Azure.
  • Own disaster recovery, backup and restore processes; conduct IT risk assessments and vendor due diligence; monitor and maintain services to meet operational and compliance needs.
  • Support data integrity and GxP compliance; participate in computer system validation lifecycle and regulatory adherence
  • Maintain accurate and auditable software asset records.
  • Manage and monitor third-party IT vendors to ensure service quality and contractual compliance
  • Support IT budget adherence and cost control (run costs, renewals, forecasting, project spend)
  • Contribute to delivery of Reactas digital transformation strategy and lead key infrastructure/technology projects.

Requirements

  • Extensive IT experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices or scientific environments.

  • Strong problem-solving, IT risk assessment, and technical documentation skills.

  • Experience supporting laboratory and manufacturing computerised systems (e.g., LIMS, CDS, MES, EBR, eQMS).

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or equivalent).

  • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical IT and system controls. Desirable Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Good understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines, including 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.

  • Demonstrable experience supporting computer system validation (CSV)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and the Microsoft data & analytics ecosystem (e.g., Power BI, Fabric).

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or workflow automation tools.

  • Relevant Microsoft administrator certification and evidence of ongoing CPD.

  • Relevant network administrator certification (such as CCNA or JNCIA).
