WMS Superuser

We are seeking an experienced and proactive WMS Superuser to join our multi-user operation in Kettering. In this pivotal role, you will support users, troubleshoot system issues, deliver training, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse operation.

This is a site based rolole, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Flexibility is required to support with system issues, upgrades or changes.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the WMS Contract Manager, your mission will be to become a true expert in the WMS matrix system, providing critical support to the operation and system users. You will play a leading role in:

Develop, update and maintain the WMS system and processes. Identify and lead in root cause analysis, error containment and solutions delivery. Act as the custodian of the WMS system and ensure data integrity. Perform test scenarios on new developments to replicate live operations. Lead WMS implementation projects from planning through to execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring project delivery and minimising disruption to site. Provide training and support to any on-site users to ensure capability and skill. Support the WMS Contract Manager with any additional ad hoc tasks.

Proven experience of working as a WMS Superuser, System Analyst, or similar role within a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment. Strong working knowledge of WMS platforms preferably Blue Yonder or Manhattan. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Confident communicator with the ability to train and support users at all levels. Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
