Data Engineer

• Developing and supporting our Data Warehouse with new and ongoing improvements, ensuring the business has access to the insights it needs to make better decisions
• Playing an active role in shaping and delivering our data roadmap, contributing your ideas and expertise to how we evolve our capabilities
• Collaborating with project teams and liaising with third parties to share knowledge, troubleshoot issues, and keep delivery on track
• Mentoring team members, sharing your experience to help others grow and the team to perform at its best
• Getting involved across the full breadth of our programme of work, a varied and fast-moving portfolio that will keep you challenged and engaged

• Experience of developing with Amazon Redshift, ideally alongside Python, ETL and integrations
• A problem solver and natural communicator, comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage changing priorities, ideally with some experience of Jira and Confluence
• A genuine enthusiasm for what we do and a can-do attitude to match
