Job description

  • Manage and resolve support tickets across a range of customer environments
  • Provide remote support to customers from the office
  • Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and Mac devices (Azure/Entra joined)
  • Support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams
  • Assist with onboarding tasks and customer setups
  • Deploy and support security solutions including endpoint security, email security, backup, remote monitoring and management (RMM), security awareness training, and password management tools
  • Work with and support solutions within the Acronis stack
  • Support internal IT systems and staff within F One
  • Work closely with the IT Project Engineer to assist with migrations and project delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update ticketing systems

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in an IT support or service desk role
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365
  • Experience configuring end-user devices
  • Exposure to deploying or supporting security tools such as endpoint protection, email security, backup solutions, or RMM platforms
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively, * A proactive and reliable team player
  • Someone who enjoys solving problems and helping customers
  • Keen to develop and grow within a fast-moving MSP environment

Pay: £30,000.00-£37,500.00 per year
