Job description
The role is to provide administrative and performance data support to the Performance and Systems Support Team, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent performance reporting across the Riverside Home Response service.
The role supports service delivery through effective data handling, reporting, audit support, and continuous improvement activity.
Role Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date performance data across systems, trackers, and databases
- Collate, validate, and quality-check data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to reporting
- Support the production and distribution of routine performance reports, dashboards, and management information
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service level targets, and statutory timeframes, escalating issues or discrepancies where required
- Maintain standard templates, trackers, and procedures to support consistent reporting and audit readiness
- Assist with data requests, audits, and assurance activity by providing accurate and timely information
- Identify data trends, gaps, or quality issues and highlight these to colleagues to support continuous improvement
- Ensure all data handling complies with data protection, information governance, and organisational policies
- Respond flexibly to changing priorities and undertake additional administrative duties as required to support service delivery
- Comply with Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity, and Data Protection policies at all times
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as required, * The Group has offices across the UK and on this basis, there may be the requirement to travel to other locations to effectively perform this role, albeit that regular support will be required to teams across the business.
- The role will be exposed to sensitive information; therefore, the role holder is expected to maintain levels of confidentiality at all times.
- In order to fulfil the requirements of this role, you will be required to work flexibly during the hours of operation.

Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in an administrative or data support role, ideally within social housing
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data handling and validation
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies
- Ability to manage routine tasks accurately and within agreed timescales
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A methodical, organised and results-focused approach
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support service improvement, * Experience in an administrative or data support role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Desirable
- Experience working with performance data, KPIs, or management information
- Experience within social housing, facilities management, or a regulated environment
- Familiarity with reporting tools or dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
